How Can I Move My DVD’s Onto My IPOD

If you have one of the newer IPOD’s, I’m sure you’ve thought about how to convert your DVD’s to play on your IPOD. When we take family trips, the kids are busy in the back watching DVD’s. It really is a handy thing. The problem is, it’s not easy. There’s not a one touch thing like you can do with your CD’s. Unfortunately there is a multi-step process. You have to decrypt the DVD and break the copyright protection, kind of a gray area. Once you’ve decrypted the DVD then you need to convert the files into AVI format, then convert into MPEG-4 format for viewing on your IPOD. And then finally you get to upload the files. Like I said, it’s not easy. We actually have taught a class on this in our Houston Computer Repair office.
