Fight at work (with a Brother TN540 toner)

I had a fight at work. I don’t know why I just lost it. Must have been that time of the month. I feel bad. I was mad at my boss and I took it out on a co-worker, who was only trying to make me feel better. I had to apologize later for throwing the Brother TN540 Toner at her head. As she glared at me under the ice bag she reluctantly forgave me. I wouldn’t have forgave me. What a crazy person I was. I mean there really was no excuse for my actions. I just lost it. I don’t know what came over me.
