Read Peoplesoft White Paper Before Implementing The Software To The Company

I, myself, has already experienced the possibilities of what a peoplesoft software can do. I have read a Peoplesoft White Paper when our HR Head dreamed of improving our services to our employees by making use of peoplesoft. He gave all of us a copy of the white paper to read. The dream and the goal were great but the specific software gotten for the company was not suitable to the policies and guidelines of the company especially when it came to the core module, timekeeping system. So from the very start, we were at a standstill. I guess our Head did not read the white paper through as he should have realized that when he was familiarizing himself with the software.
