females need their own exercise program

When your goal is fitness improvement aimed at women, it should be planned as a female exercise program.  Some of the guidelines vary slightly when the female body is concerned.

Women’s programs have traditionally concentrated on aerobics and stretching without putting much emphasis on body shaping and toning.  By following some of the men’s style of exercises, women can gain marvelous body shape without appearing masculine.

Weight training added to the exercise program can help shape the female body into a healthy, fit machine that, while of smaller proportions than her male counterpart, can put her in top health and condition to last her a lifetime.

Stretching will improve the elasticity of muscles, while the weights build up muscle.  Another requirement of an effective program is diet control.  Eating right will put the finishing touches on your program.
