The sacred ring of power is unlike any other ring known to man, dwarf, elf, or dragon. It is a titanium ring forged in the depths of the earth, that the ancient giants of old forged to control the lesser beings of the earth. It was never intended as a weapon, nor was it made with an evil intent. The ancient race of giants simply sought to keep the the peace between the other races, who tended toward pointless and meaningless wars that would quite nearly wipe an entire race off the face of the earth. It was with this ring, and the others forged with it, that the ancient giants kept the darkness of war from destroying the world as we know it.
