It’s always easy to sell and rent back your home if you sell it to an acquaintance. The mere fact that you are selling it to someone you known may not get you the best of the money. This is real important as there may not be many people who will be interested in this preposition that they have to buy the home from you and then rent it back to you. It’s their property once you sell it out and they have the full liberty to do whatever they like. So the good way is that you sell it to a relative and then rent it back very easily.
