Staying Healthy Performing Routine Detoxification

We all know when we’ve overdone it. Our bodies have a unique way of letting us know that enough is enough. We eat too much, drink to much and our body’s are literally weighed down by all of it. Everything we put into our mouths is filtered through our bodies. I have been performing liver detox on a routine basis now for two years. I started doing detox as a part of an overall plan to live healthier. I always feel better after my liver detox, which I do three to four times a year. It’s helped me to take better care of myself overall.
