The Access One 10/20A/30B plan doesn’t have deductibles or lifetime maximum coverage, but it does have in-patient, out-patient, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage and well-baby visits. You also have the option of choosing maternity rider or family deductible 4000 and doing a co-insurance or co-pay for office visits. The Focused Deductible Plan IFD 10/20A/30B is an HMO option that gives you deductibles between $1000 and $5000. You have the choice of getting maternity rider as well. Vision, dental and a $250 pharmacy deductible comes with the plan also.
