Enjoy Your Exercise

It can be easy and fun to enjoy your exercise. If you can not seem to start an exercise regiment at all, you hate exercise, you’d rather go to the dentist every week than exercise every day, then make that your goal: making exercise fun. It can be doable. It’s fast weight lose. Find a beautiful place to walk. Do you have a music player? Get a book on tape or get some good music. Bring a water bottle. Do you like talking on the phone? Call your family whenever you go on a walk! That way, your focus is on the conversation, and you feel great about exercising!
