Quality controls
By admin | May 14, 2008
There are many quality control measures taken to ensure that the best merchandise is available to retail customers. Management from both the retail outlet and from the manufacture use the Mystery Shopper Program as a means to see that the product meets the needs of the customer. The shopper just wonders around like a customer shopping and talks to other customers to see what they think of the quality of the merchandise that is available. If a consistent complaint or bad comment is discovered appropriate action can be initiated to resolve the situation. Manufactures can also stay alert to what customers look for and can’t find to get ideas of what new products to make available.
