My staff of recruiters was in a bit of a slump. Morale was at an all time low, and I could not really put my finger on why this was. I had done everything that I normally do during the sales quarter to keep performance at an optimum level. At last, I decided to order some recruiter training dvds to help me in my quest. They worked like a charm, as sales began to improve. I have also begun to change my tactics when training new recruiters. The video actually taught me a thing or two. I recommend it to anyone.
