By admin | February 29, 2008
In a soldier’s point of view, risking their life for the country is an honor. Their great contribution in the implementation of the law and maintenance of peace and order tells their dedication to their job.
In different countries, the dedication of servicemen and women are being recognized in different ways. In addition to honoring their bravery and contributions every 11th of November, these extraordinary people are also receiving benefits from their own government.
The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is a government department that provides patient care and national benefits to the US veterans and their immediate families ,too. Aside from the state recognition, there are also other private support groups that provide credits for the veteran’s unswerving service to the country. These institutions provide special privileges and benefits such as discounts to different shops, freebies and other business and financial services.
