Tramp Stamp

It is starting to become more and more common these days for girls to get a tattoo on their lower back aka the “Tramp Stamp”. My question is because it is so normal can we still consider it a tramp stamp? My answer is yes maybe the “stamps” or starting to become so normal because the tramps are very “common”. As silly and rude as it sounds. Thats what I think I’m curious to see your comments. I do see how this can be a little controversial if your the one with a tramp stamp or your sister has one etc. But it is what is.
