Finger painting

One of the most fun projects for young children and grandparents is finger painting. It does not make any difference what age they are (or you are for that matter) you can both have fun getting the paint on you. And when you are finished you will have a nice frameable kids wall art for display.
We have started placing a picture of each child on the mat before they start to paint. In this way we will always know which child did the painting and how old they were when it was done. Finger paints are inexpensive, fun, and easy to clean up.
